"Achieving
Healthy Weighs" is a 9-week program that encourages an education
based approach so that clients can meet their goals and maintain a healthy
weight for a lifetime. This program is geared towards individuals that
are interested in learning how to manage their weight by acquiring a comprehensive
knowledge of nutrition, exercise and behavior modification. Each client
will begin the program with a personalized assessment plan that includes
both nutrition and exercise objectives. The "Achieving Healthy Weighs"
program includes a resting metabolic rate measurement using the MedGem
by Microlife and body fat analysis using bioelectrical impedance technology.
When it comes to weight loss, knowledge truly is power!
**This is
an excellent program for individuals and /or companies that are looking
to improve the health and wellness of their employees.
A Registered
Dietitian and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer leads all sessions.
Achieving
Healthy Weighs Phase II
For a vast
majority of people unhealthy habits take a lifetime to develop and consequently
replacing them with healthier choices will likely take longer than nine
weeks. Some people feel that once they have successfully completed the
"Achieving Healthy Weighs" program they could benefit from continued
support. These sessions can be used for goal setting and on-going education.
The sessions are catered towards the private client or the group requests.
Phase II includes four session that can be used weekly, biweekly or monthly.
